Grab and Go Pack (Individual Children Isolating)

Welcome to Y6 Remote Learning


Please find a variety of activities for English (Reading/Writing), Mathematics, Religious Education, Science and History or Geography.

These can be completed in the Home Learning books or squared paper provided by school.


If your child is well but is self-isolating at home, these learning resources below can be used to help them continue their learning for two weeks. If your child is unwell, the completion of this work is not compulsory.

Reading and Writing


Please find below the lesson plans and resource links for two weeks of English work.


Please encourage your child to read for 20 minutes daily. Please ask your child to then record their daily reading in their reading record.

The Mathematics work below provides your child with enough work for at least two weeks.



Please allow your child to work through it at a steady pace and check their answers together using the answer booklet provided.


Please begin each Mathematics activity with times tables and division facts recall.

This can be completed on 'Hit the Button'. Please ask your child to record their daily score and the times tables and/or division facts they have completed.


These activities can be completed on the squared paper provided by school.
