Please check the curriculum maps for each subject area for a more detailed overview of the Year 3 curriculum.
SPAG (Spelling, Punctuation and Grammar) begins in Year 3, which supports the children's reading and writing.
By the end of Year 3, the children are expected to know their 3x, 4x, 6x and 8x times tables as well on building on their secure times tables from Year 1 and Year 2. Times tables are on-going and we have a short test every Friday using 'Times Tables Rockstars'
