Welcome to Year 3
Class motto: Year 3, it's up to me!
My name is Mr Turner and I am the Year 3 class teacher. We have an amazing team in Year 3 as Miss Gardner and Mrs Bolton support us in our learning.
The children are now Juniors and have lots of new things to look forward to!
Weekly Diary
Monday: Homework due in; Spellings given out and PE
Tuesday: New homework given out
Wednesday: Mrs Bolton in class 8.55am-12.15pm
Thursday: Spanish
Friday: Spelling and times tables test; Parents welcome to 2.45pm assembly (2.30pm start for a class assembly)
Please can parents sign reading records to show that you have heard your child read. It is really important that your child reads at home as it supports their on-going learning. As the year progresses, your child will change their reading band and the texts become more challenging!
Curriculum information
Please check the curriculum maps for each subject area for a more detailed overview of the Year 3 curriculum.
