Design Technology (DT)

Our most recent topic in DT focused on textiles and the texture of materials.

  • Watch this video and complete some of the suggested activities:

  • Collect a variety of materials of the same colours - discuss with someone in your household which is your favourite material from the ones you've collected?
  • Cut out your favourite parts in magazines/newspapers to design and create a mood board.
  • Create a picture by sticking different materials together.
  • If you have any resources at home, complete a stitch piece.



Aim for 30 minutes exercise daily. Joe Wicks daily workout at 9am
