Hi Year 5, hope ypu have an enjoyable and relaxing half term holiday.

 

Please remember to always do the online Maths lesson before completing the homework. Then you must aim to get over 60% on the homework before submitting it to me. You can have more than one attempt at the homework activities and don't miss question 2 - look at the tabs on the side. 

 

Please check the grid below to find out what is expected for the Purple Mash writing task every Thursday. Remember to write in fully punctuated sentences, including all the features from the success criteria listed for the task.

For the last couple of weeks you have done so many wonderful creative projects.  

 

This week it would be really good if you could experiment with lava, not the real thing of course!  You will make your own and test it's viscosity.

 

Viscosity, what's that?

 

Viscosity is how sticky a liquid is.
